Christopher Elliott of fortune.com reports that our prices for airplane tickets should drop to record lows this fall season. Mr. Elliott says that prices are predicted to average about $249 through the end of the year. which is about 2.8% cheaper than in 2014 and 6.8% cheaper than in 2013.
